AFD INFO Tab

This is a new tab designed to provide specific information for our dept.  There will be new fields that will appear here as we find new data that needs to be collected.

First Agency on Scene-

Select the proper agency.  There is also a “Cancelled” choice if the call was cancelled.

Reason for response of 6 minutes-

There must always be a selection in this field.

If your response was under 6 minutes, then select    “NA- response not over 6 min”

(You can find the response time at the bottom of the Basic / Response tab.)

If Other- give reason

You only need to put a reason if you selected “Other” in the field above or if there was some type of special circumstance that you need to note.
