Be sure that the name that appears here is your own. If someone else is logged in and you click “Set to Current User”, it will put their name in the field. You can enter yours by putting your employee id in the “Number field.”. The best practice is to log out of FireRMS when you are finished using it. That will keep the wrong persons’ name from being put in this field.
The officer or district chief in charge name should go here.
The Communications DC or their designee will put their name here and mark the incident reviewed after all errors are corrected. This must be done before an incident completeness report can be ran and the incidents exported to the State Fire Marshall’s office.
