On this tab, at a minimum, the colored fields need to be filled out.

Initial Care by AFD / Highest Care by AFD-

The state wants the level of the responding fire dept., not the ambulance service or citizens.  Both of these should always have EMT-B in them.  That is the level that our dept. is certified at.

Patient Safety Equipment-

This is equipment that involved the patient, not the firefighters.  (Protective Clothing would apply to clothing that the patient was wearing).

Disposition-

This will usually be a “Non FD transport” or “Other”.
