The pension board members are in the process of distributing the passwords for the new pension web site. This process will take a few weeks to accomplish.  Please be patient if you have not received yours yet.  Once you are logged on be sure to check the following:

•  If your address or phone number is wrong, please advise Janie so she may get it updated in JD Edwards before we make the change on our web site.
• If you are married please verify that we have your marital status correct and update your date of marriage.

All information is downloaded from the City's Payroll system every pay day.

Some of the fields are not being used.  In the member info page the fields for grade, shift, station, comp time, sick leave, and annual leave balances are not being used. We will not update this information. You can refer to your check stub for this.

Once you log onto the system please remember to change your password and write it down in a safe place. Passwords have to be 6 to 8 characters longs with at least one number.  If your forget your password, it can only be reset by the city's help desk between the hours of 8-5 M-F.  That phone # is 378 4288.

• On the first page you come to, click on "Member Login".  The "Staff Login" is only for administrative use.

• The third field on the login page is comprised of a question that changes each time you log on.  It is randomly picked from five different questions. It will be necessary to read this question and answer it appropriately to logon.

• At the top of the member login page, just below the title that says "Amarillo Firemans Relief and Retirement Fund", there is a "guided tour" icon. This tour can help you learn to use the website.  You should view this the first time you logon to the website.

• On the home page, always check the "News Flash" icon for helpful information.
